Goblin Chief

Yet another boss! Don't worry because this boss is very easy and the goodies you get from defeating him is worth your time even if you want to go to the right side of the map instead of the left. Before facing the Goblin Chief, I recommend going back to Storm Vally and grabbing the two Multi Crystals that you left there if you followed my suggestion. These Multi Crystals are going to come in handy during your battle against the Goblin Chief. If you didn't follow my suggestion and already used the Multi Crystals then you aren't doomed, the battle will just take a little longer.

Head to this level and heal up in the Ziridium Brine if you have to and/or heal and move left to face the Goblin Chief. He is seen in Picture 2 leaping up into the air. When he lands you find yourself momentarily stunned so try and jump when he lands to avoid this. What I did was get in the position in Picture 3 and use my Statue Spell as fast as I could. If you are ducking he will miss you when he throws his axes and can't hurt you. After you hit him a couple of times he will leap away from you which is your cue to jump up so you don't get stunned. You get get close to him again and repeat the process until he's dead. When I fought against the Goblin Chief I ran out of Magic Power and ended up defeating him with a few jabs of my dagger. I knew the Statue Spell would come in handy eventually.

After defeating the Goblin Chief, go all the way to the left of the area to find a small pool of Ziridium Brine and a new spell. It's called the Tree Trunk spell and you use it to create tree trunks that you can climb to new heights. You will use the spell to exit this level and to get a Heart Crystal. First select it and go to the area that I am in Picture 5 and shoot the spell to your right. As you can see, a tree trunk is being formed. After 3 or 4 firings, hop on top of the tree trunk and then to the wall. Climb up to Picture 6 to find the Heart Crystal. Now head back down because you are going to be doing the same thing on the left side of this level

Just as before, get to where I am in Picture 7 and fire the Tree Trunk spell to the left, get on top of it, and then jump to the left wall and climb to the top. There you will find some Gold Xichrons and a save point. Grab all of the Gold Xichrons and leave to get 100% score.
